About the platform
Property Finder is a property advertising platform for Bosnia and Herzegovina and Croatia. We are not an estate agency, a negotiating intermediary, a party to property agreements or a guarantor of transactions. We do not hold buyers’ or tenants’ money or provide legal, tax or financial advice.
Accounts and free listings
You can browse without registering. An account is required to publish and manage listings. Provide accurate information, keep your password secure and contact us if you suspect unauthorised access. Publishing and renewing listings are free. Where an expiry date is shown, check the listing’s status in your account and renew it when that option is available. Contact support if you need help.
Advertisers’ responsibilities
Only advertise a property you are authorised to list. You are responsible for the accuracy of the price, location, description, photographs, contact details and other information. Respect copyright and other rights. Update or remove listings when properties are no longer available. Publication does not mean we have verified identity, ownership or documentation.
Prohibited activity
False or misleading listings, fraud, unauthorised advertising, unlawful or discriminatory content, harassment, spam, malware and attempts to compromise security are prohibited. Automated collection of data and republication of other people’s content require an appropriate legal basis or permission.
Moderation and reporting
We may restrict accounts or remove content that breaches these rules, applicable law, third-party rights or security requirements. Send reports to hello@propertyfinder.ba with the listing link and a brief explanation. We do not review every listing before publication. Contact us for a review if you believe content was removed by mistake.
Agreements between users
Check the other party’s identity, authority to deal with the property and relevant documents before signing or paying. Arrange prices, rental terms, viewings and transactions directly with the other party. Our safety advice is general guidance, not a guarantee or a substitute for professional advice.
Content and intellectual property
You keep your rights to the content you submit. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, technically adapt and display it as needed to publish listings and operate the service, for the necessary scope and duration. You confirm that you have the rights to permit this use. The platform’s design, software and other materials belong to their respective rights holders.
Voluntary support
Supporting the platform is optional. It is not required to list, renew or contact an advertiser and does not purchase a brokerage service or guarantee higher placement. If payment through an external provider is offered, its terms will be shown before payment.
Availability and liability
Maintenance, technical issues and security measures may interrupt the service. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for inaccurate user content, third-party actions or losses arising from agreements between users. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or mandatory consumer rights. Users remain responsible for their own breaches of law and third-party rights under applicable law.
Changes and contact
Applicable law and legally determined jurisdiction govern use of the service. Material changes will be published here with an updated date; we will give additional notice where required. For questions, complaints or support, contact hello@propertyfinder.ba.
